Septarian also known as Dragon Stone, is a concretion of Calcite, which

makes up the yellow centers, Aragonite, which are the brown lines, and

the outer grey rock is mud-like limestone. Formed during the Cretaceous

Period. The root word ‘septaria’ stems in Latin meaning ‘partition.’
