Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds. However, eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges & Store Credit
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- It must be in original condition and packaging, undamaged and unused.
- You are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and packaging integrity.
- Merchant processing fees are non-refundable
Promotional Pricing
All promotional offers are time-sensitive. We do not offer refunds in the form of price adjustments or retroactive discounts on past purchases.
Chargebacks
We prosecute fraudulent chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are considered fraud. Customer is responsible for all bank dispute fees, legal fees and collection costs. Merchant processing fees are non-refundable on any reversed or disputed transaction.
Custom Orders
Custom-made items must be paid for upfront and are non-cancelable and non-returnable once final approval has been given and production begun. If approved by management, a custom item may be exchanged for store credit only and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Rare Earth Gallery is not responsible for delays due to material availability or suppliers.
Restocking Fee
Returned or canceled orders (where eligible) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damage Claims
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us immediately at (480) 575-4360.
- Contact the shipping carrier to register the damage.
- Email photos of the damaged item and packaging to info@rareearthgallerycc.com within 1 business day of delivery.
Do not discard packaging or broken items until instructed. Items returned due to damage must be sent back in the original packaging. If the packaging is destroyed, you must document it with photos for insurance purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
